Switchboard Upgrade

Replacement of ceramic fuses for a din mounted load center with circuit breakers and RCD protection in Port Macquarie. Ceramic fuses are simply outdated technology. When they blow the only way to determine which fuses has blown is to pull them all out individually and check. Then replacing the fuse wire is itself a painful and laborious task. Modern circuit breakers are immediately obvious when they have tripped and easy to reset. The circuit protection used here also has a safety switch aka RCD incorporated into it for an additional layer of protection for earthing faults. This is now mandatory for all circuits in a domestic situation with the exception of submains.
